Taylors have increased their local presence, with the opening of a new estate agency and lettings branch in the busy Milton Keynes hub of Kingston.
Taylors is the largest estate agency chain in Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire and the opening of the latest office on 16th June brings the total number of Taylors estate agency branches in the Milton Keynes area to eight.
Part of Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agency & property services Group, the first Taylors branch opened in 1973, in Stony Stratford. Now there are 59 Taylors branches covering the south of the UK, employing around 300 highly trained estate agency, lettings and mortgage consultants.
One of the key benefits for clients is that all branches are linked centrally, allowing all branches to provide property services spanning the entire southern UK area. Their success has lead to Countrywide winning 89 industry awards over the last three years, including Best Large Estate Agency Chain in 2011.
Peter Wallace, managing director of Countrywide’s estate agency offices across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire, comments:
“We are very excited to be expanding the strong high street presence of Taylors in such a prime area within Milton Keynes. Taylors is one of the UK’s most established and respected estate agency and lettings brands and it is a name that buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants have come to trust for quality of service.
“The new, vibrant and busy central Kingston location is perfectly placed to meet the increased volume of local demand the Milton Keynes branches have been experiencing and we are delighted to be expanding our footprint in an area of growth”
Robert Scarff, managing director of Countrywide’s Estate Agency division, comments:
“This exciting branch opening is the latest in a series of strategic additions to a number of our regional networks. In the past couple of years we have extended our network coverage in Norwich, Worcester, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool.
“Yes, far more enquiries are now received through our extensive online presence; however the results of our branches show that both vendors and purchasers attach a great deal of importance to the fact that their agent has a local, physical presence.”
